I have a little baby screaming on my lap so you’d think that I would not be thinking about another baby already - and yet I am and seeing those little polka dotted girls all matchy matchy makes me want a sister for miss lexi.

I’m surprised you haven’t found toys and other things downstairs when you do the laundry. Heehee…Hey, how come when I got the nickle tour of the house, you didn’t show me the laundry shoot? LOL

My kids do age-appropriate chores as soon as they’re able. It’s part of being a family. The earlier you start and the more consistent you are the more normal it is later.

If I had a laundry chute I’d feed it every chance I got, too. She looks small enough to fit in!

I like watching my kids play together, watching my son as he helps his little sister do new things. Knowing that I’m raising a caring, loving, sensitive boy to be that kind of man and an independent, secure, little girl to be that kind of woman.

I always ’spot’ Lil’bug on the playground equipment. The spaces on the ladders are large enough to fall through and ‘bonk’ one’s head on. There’s a good way to end the ‘beggin’ for a trip to the purple playground.’ Lil’bug always wants to go to the purple playground now. She’s seen it a bajillion times on the way home and I took her once about a week (+/-) ago. Now it’s all she thinks of.

I’ve wondered MANY times how single moms stay sane while doing everything for their kids. I can’t imagine.

PUPPY! mine is in the same place as yours, too funny! She had a complete melt-down one morning because she heard a dog bark somewhere in the neighborhood and wanted to say hi before we left for daycare and work (we were already late, so no). Oh, you’d think her world was coming to an end.

Sugar plums, sounds sweet. How about some fermented grapes (in juice form, of course)? mmmm… just the thing for the start of ‘la weekend’!

I think that Petey P. Cup is a real waste of money but what does HealthPartners care, they know they will make big dollars no matter how stupid there mascots are.
